I was born in England but have lived in California for 40 years. After a career in nursing, which included writing for professional journals, and always being called upon to write policies and procedures, I discovered the joy of creative writing. My work has appeared in journals such as Writers Workshop Review, Ars Medica, BLYNKT, The Copperfield Review and Stoneboat. My debut novel "When It's Over" was published by She Writes Press in September 2017. I am currently working on my second novel, set in contemporary California.
