Henry Hack :

Henry Hack served 22 years in the Nassau County, NY Police Department, including 10 years in the Police Laboratory where he was qualified as an expert witness in several forensic fields including blood, narcotics and trace evidence. He was the Lab's commanding officer for three years and also commanded the Eighth Precinct in the Patrol Division. He now resides in coastal North Carolina with his wife, Lorraine.

 

Danny Boy is the first novel in a (thus far) six-book series featuring NYMPD Detective Daniel Boyland, followed by Cases Closed; Mommy, Mommy; Forever Young; The Marsh Mallows; and The Group.

Cassidy's Corner, featuring NYMPD Police Officer/Commissioner Harry Cassidy, is the first novel in a four-book series. It is followed by The Last Crusade, The Romen Society, and Election Day.

Portraits in Blue is a collection of fourteen stories.

At the Killer Nashville Writer's Conference, Forever Young, (https://kdp.amazon.com/B074PVNZ34) won the Silver Falchion Award for the Best Police Procedural published in 2017. A big thank you to my writing peers for this recognition and honor.

His newest novel, a stand-alone murder mystery titled Absolution,was published on Sept 2, 2021 and has since received highly favorable reviews.
