J.D. King was a supporting leader in the Smithton Outpouring in the late 1990s. Since then he has also served as an itinerate speaker, author, and pastor. In addition to praying for thousands of sick people, King spent sixteen years studying the background and theological foundations of healing. The culmination of his research is a three-volume book series called: Regeneration: The Complete History of Healing in the Christian Church. With articles garnishing over 1.5 million page views and contributions to the Pneuma Review, Charisma Media, and Spirit-Led Woman, King's writings circulate widely. In addition to writing, King serves as a pastor at World Revival Church in Kansas City, Missouri. He carries an anointing from the present-day revival movement that is transforming the nations.
